국문 초록

이 연구는 숲유치원 교사의 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정의 연계에 대한 인식을 알아보고 이와 관련하여 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정 연계방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 서울, 인천, 경기, 대전, 구미에 소재한 숲유치원교사 198명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 자료처리는 SPSS 21를 활용하여 기술통계분석과 One-Way-ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과 숲유치원 교사들은 숲유치원교육과 누리과정의 연계가 필요하다고 인식하고 있었고 연계 시 숲유치원의 교육적 가치는 누리과 정의 목표 달성에 도움이 될 것이다. 교육과정의 계획과 평가를 통해 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정의 연계를 실행하고 있었으나 연계방법 및 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정에 대한 이해의 부족으로 연계를 어려워하였으며 연계 연수가 필요하다. 또한 숲유치원 교사의 일반적 특성인 연령, 숲교육경력, 숲유치원의 유형 변인에서 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정의 연계에 대한 숲유치원 교사의 인식은 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 앞으로 숲유치원교사들의 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정의 연계를 돕기 위해 숲유치원 교육과 누리과정에 대한 교사의 이해를 높이고 교육과정 재구성가로서의 교사의 역량강화를 위한 연수프로그램이 개발· 운영될 필요가 있겠으며 누리과정의 제한점도 해결될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand Forest Kindergarten teachers perception on the articulation of Nuri-curriculum and forest kindergarten curriculum and to seek the articulation method based on the perception. The study result demonstrates that forest kindergarten teachers perceived that articulation between Nuri-curriculum and forest kindergarten curriculum is needed, and that the articulation of the two curriculums would enhance the goal achievement of Nuri-curriculum. Although connection between the two curriculums was attempted during the curriculum planning and assessment process, the lack of understanding on articulation method beween Nuri-curriculum and forest kindergarten curriculum resulted in the tendency to feel uncomfortable of the articulation of the two curriculums. The articulation training was also thought to be needed. In addition, there was significant difference in the perception on articulation between Nuri-curriculum and forest kindergarten curriculum according to the age and forest education experience of teachers, and type of forest kindergarten. In order to make forest kindergarten teachers to help articulation between Nuri-curriculum and forest kindergarten curriculum, Nuri-curriculum should be revised. Also, a systematic training program should be developed and operated not only to enhance the understanding on Nuri-curriculum and forest kindergarten education but also to improve the teachers competence as the curriculum reconstructor.
