노인 여가 복지 프로그램의 효과성 검증 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내에 발표된 노인여가 프로그램을 적용해 효과성을 검증한 연구의 실태와 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 국회도서관, 한국교육학술정보원, 경기대학교 중앙도서관의 자료 38편을 활용ㆍ분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 연도별 분포에서는 2010년을 기점으로 놀이치료가 꾸준히 증가세를 보였다. 둘째, 대상으로 레크리에이션은 정상적인 노인들이었고 치료레크리에이션과 놀이치료는 심ㆍ신의 기능이 저하된 노인, 경미한 치매를 포함한 치매노인과 특정 질환자로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 90%가 양적 연구였다. 넷째, 연구 기간은 짧은 연구로는 치료레크리에이션의 480분, 긴 연구는 레크리에이션의 6480분이었다. 다섯째, 기능적 요소로 놀이치료는 영역의 특징이 드러난 반면 레크리에이션과 치료레크리에이션은 혼용, 활용하고 있었다. 여섯째, 효과성 검증 요인은 레크리에이션은 정신적ㆍ육체적 측면의 유지ㆍ관리의 검증이었고치료레크리에이션과 놀이치료는 정신적인 측면의 검증을 주요 요인으로 취하고 있었다. 일곱째, 세 영역에서 공통적으로 나온 제언으로 프로그램 개발, 전문가 양성, 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 제언하고 있다. 본동향 분석은 고령사회를 대비한 여가 프로그램의 개발, 치매예방 프로그램의 개발을 촉진시킬 것이며, 후속연구에 방향성을 제시하는 데 일조할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and trends of the study on the effectiveness of elderly leisure program in Korea. Therefore, we utilized and analyzed 38 materials from the National Assembly Library, Korea Education &Research Information Center, and Kyonggi University Central Library. First, in yearly distribution, play therapy increased steadily from 2010. Second, recreation was normal old people. Therapeutic recreation and play therapy were the elderly with impaired function, the elderly with dementia including the minor dementia, and the specific disease. Third, 90% of the research methods were quantitative studies. Fourth, the study period was 480 minutes of therapy recreation for short study and 6480 minutes of recreation for long study. Fifth, recreation and therapeutic recreation were mixed and utilized while the play therapy showed the characteristics of the area as a functional factor. Sixth, validity factor was the verification of mental and physical aspects of recreation, and mental aspects of therapeutic recreation and play therapy were the main factors. Seventh, proposals common to all three areas suggest that the development of programs, training of specialists, and continuous research are necessary. This trend analysis will facilitate the development of leisure programs for the aged society and the development of dementia prevention programs and will contribute to the direction of follow-up research.
