국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 새롭게 도입된 입학사정관제도를 통해 입학한 입학사정관 전형 입학생과 비입학사정관전형 입학생의 대학생활을 비교해 보고, 그 연구 결과를 바탕으로 입학사정관전형의 장점을 살리고, 단점은 보완하자는 취지에 서 시작되었다. 대학생활은 학업성적과 교내활동 참여, 장학금 횟수를 나누어서 분석해 보았다. 연구방법으로는 구조방정식과 회귀분석을 사용했으며, 연구대상은 C대학교의 2009학년도와 2010학년도 입학생중 입학사정관전형 입학 생과 비입학사정관 전형 입학생의 일부를 무작위로 추출하여 실시했다. 분석 결과 학업성적의 평균변화율은 통계적인 유의미한 차이를 보이진 않았다. 교내활동 참여는 입학사정관 전형의 입학생들이 비입학사정관전형 입학생보다더 적극적으로 참여함을 보여주었다. 마지막으로 장학금 횟수는 입학사정관제의 여부가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is the newly introduced ‘Admissions Officer System’ admitted and ‘non-Admissions Officer System’ students entering University admissions officers to compare the new students, admissions officers on the basis of that study to make use of the benefits of screening, the downside is suggesting complementary began in the spirit. Academic achievement and University participation in school activities, analyzed by dividing the number of scholarships. Methods of regression analysis and structural equation was used, the study of C students entering the University in the academic year 2009 and 2010 school year, students entering ‘Admissions Officer System’ admitted and ‘non-Admissions Officer System’ students screening randomized to screening was conducted by entrants. Analysis of the average rate of change of the achievement did not show statistically significant differences. Participation in school activities admissions ‘Admissions Officer System’ of the new students are more actively involved as entrants showed. Finally, the number of scholarships is whether the admissions office is not a statistically significant impact, respectively.
