대학 e-Learning에서 학습자의 컴퓨터 관련 특성이 학습효과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 4년제 일반대학교에서 정규 이러닝 강좌 수강 경험이 있는 남․여 대학생 617명을 대상으로 대학 이러닝에서 학습자 특성에 따라 이러닝 학습효과에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 이들 간의 인과관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구도구는 컴퓨터 태도 도구, 컴퓨터 경험, 컴퓨터 활용능력, 학업성취도, 학업만족도 검사이다. 연구도구의 양호도 검증결과, 신뢰도(Cronbach‘s α계수, Stratified α계수)는 우수한 것으로 분석되었고, 탐색적․확인적 요인분석을 통해 도구의 타당도를 확보하였다. 연구 결과, 컴퓨터 관련 특성과 학습효과 간에는 유의미한 관련성이 있었다. 설정된 연구모형의 구조방정식모형 검증 결과, 컴퓨터 경험은 학습효과인 학업성취도와 학업만족도, 컴퓨터 태도에 영향을 미쳤다. 컴퓨터 태도는 학업만족도와 컴퓨터 활용능력에 영향을 미쳤으나, 컴퓨터 활용능력과 학습효과 간에는 유의미한 관련성을 찾을 수 없었다. 매개효과 검증 결과, 컴퓨터 경험은 컴퓨터 태도와 컴퓨터 활용능력을 매개변인으로 하여 학업성취도 및 학업만족도에 간접효과가 있었다. 컴퓨터 태도는 컴퓨터 활용능력과 학업만족도에 직접효과가 있었고, 컴퓨터 활용능력을 매개변인으로 한 간접효과는 없었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of computer-related characteristics on university students achievement in e-learning courses and the causal relationship between the factors. The subjects in this study were 617 male and female undergraduate students who had taken a regular e-learning course. The instruments used in this study were computer attitude scale, computer experience, computer literacy, academic achievement and academic satisfaction inventories. To verify the reliability and validity of the inventories, Cronbach‘s alpha coefficient, Stratified alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were utilized. The analysis results of the inventories were reliable and valid. The findings of the study were as follows: The computer-related characteristics of learners bound significantly up with learning effects. When the structural model of the best causal relationship model was verified, it was found that computer experiences had an influence on academic achievement and academic satisfaction, and that affected computer attitude as well. Computer attitude exerted an influence on academic satisfaction and computer literacy, but computer literacy had no influence on the learning effect. As the results of checking the mediating effect of the variables, the computer experiences indicated a indirect effect on academic achievement and academic satisfaction through computer attitude and computer literacy. Computer attitude had a direct effect on computer literacy, academic satisfaction, and it didn t indicate indirect effect through computer literacy. « Key words: e-learning courses in university, computer attitude, computer experience, computer literacy, structural equation model, mediating effect
