영문 초록

The second-leaf-stage seedlings of one hundred and seventy four tomato varieties and lines were tested for flooding tolerance. Twenty-one days after flooding treatment the plant heights of ten lines were equal or higher than those of control plants. The percent of shoot dry weight to that of control plant were below 70 percent in all varieties and lines tested except one line, 83060B*830603A. The 830603B*83603A revealed tolerance to flooding treatment in plant height and dry weight.
