영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives on governance of experiential fishing village wiith an emphasis on Goheung-gun region of adopting the concept of resident participation and building governance in Annam experiential fishing village. In order to achieve this goal, we have analyzed the current status, problems and issues on Annam experiential fishing village. This study consists of three major parts. The first part reviews the concept and theoretical background on resident participation and building of governance in experiential fishing village. The second part examines governance condition and diagnosis on Annam experiential fishing village. The last part proposes establishment of governance for the operation of Annam experiential fishing village.
