소나무 發育過程에 따른 過酸化同位 酵素型의 變異

국문 초록

소나무 發育過程에 있어서 過酸化同位酵素의 變異를 알아보기 위하여 1970年 5月 14日, 18日, 22日 3次에 걸쳐 日本 國立遺傳學硏究所 構內에 있는 12年生 소나무 6個體에 對하여 新梢, 新葉, 2年生葉과 3年生葉을 採取하여 電氣泳動實驗을 하였다. 各 組織에 對한 個體內 變異를 調査하였으나 같은 發育過程에서는 이들 同位醱索型이 同一하였다. 新梢와 新葉은 發育過程에 따라 그 酵素型이 심하게 變하였으나 全體色呈濃度는 變化가 없었고 이들 同位酵素型의 變異는 發育過程에 따라 一定한 相關을 나타내지는 안했다. 2年生葉과 3年生葉은 發育過程에 따른 變異가 없었으며 이들 組織들은 同一한 酵素型을 나타내나 3年生葉이 2年生葉보다 色呈濃度가 약간 높은것 같다. 이와 같이 生長이 旺盛히 일어나고 있는 新梢와 新葉에서는 그 過酸化酵素型이 發育過程에 따라 變異가 매우 심하나 成熟葉에서는 安定되여 있다.

영문 초록

In order to study the variations of isoperoxidases at three developmental stages in Pinus densiflora, new shoots, new leaves, 2-year and 3-year old leaves were collected on May 14, May 19, and May 22, 1970, respectively from six Japanese red pine trees which were growing about 12 years old in the campus of National Institute of Genetics, Misima, Japan. No variations of isoperoxidases appeared between the same tissues of the same developmental stages within individual. To compare developmental stages the very high variations of isoperoxidases were found in new shoots and new leaves but the variations of staining density within same individual were no statistically significant while the patterns of isoperoxidases were the same between 2-year and 3-year old leaves of P. densiflora. Activity of isoperoxidases in 3-year old leaves was higher than in 2-year ones but no statistically significant. The variations of isoperoxidases were not correlated with the developmental stages. From these results, during the active growing season the variations of isoperoxidase patterns were variable to compare three developmental stages, while the mature leaves as 2-year and 3-year old leaves did not show the variations of isoperoxidases.
