고추F₁의 雜種强勢와 形質相關

국문 초록

1. F₁을 供試하여 고추育種의 主要目標가 되는 早熟性形質인 開花所要日數와 收量形質을 中心으로한 몇가지 形質에 대한 遺傳現象을 調査하여 早生系統의 F₁을 效果的으로 選拔하는데 必要한 基礎資料를 얻고져 本實驗을 行하였다. 2. 開花所要日數, 主莖長, 草長, 莖徑, 葉面積, 早期果數, 早期果重, 全果數, 全果重등 各形質은 組合에 따라 優性程度 또는 Heterosis比가 매우 相異하였고 開花所要日數, 主莖長은 大體로 작은 親便에 그리고 他形質은 큰 親便에 部分 또는 超優性이 있었다. 3. 二面交雜法의 分散分析 結果는 어느 形質에 있어서도 一般組合能力이 가장 컸고 다음은 持定組合能力이었으며 特定組合能力에서 莖徑과 葉面積을 除外하고는 모두 有意性이 있었다. 相反交配의 差는 草長과 早期數量을 除外하고는 有意性을 認定할 수 없었다. 4. 開花所要日數와 早期果數, 早期果重 및 全果重問의 遺傳相關係數는 各各 -0.524, -0.820, -0.793으로 相當히 높은 負相關을 다타내었다. 그리고 主莖長과는 0.648의 높은 正相關을 나타내었다. 主莖長과 早期果數 및 早期果重과의 遺傳相關係數는 各各 -0.807과 -0.464의 相當히 높은 負相關이 있었으나 全收量과는 낮은 負相關을 보였다. 1果重과 早期果數와는 낮은 負相關을 보였으나 開花所要日數 및 全果數와는 負의, 其他의 形質과는 大體로 正의 높은 相關을 나타내었다.

영문 초록

In order to obtain the basic information for the most successful breeding of red pepper, this studies were performed on the inheritance of some characters, including the characters of the yield and days to flowering conditioning earliness which is the most important objects in breeding of vegetable crops and on the heterosis and combining ability in F₁generation. The results obtained were summarized as follows: The degree of dominance and heterosis ratio were highly variable in different F₁combinations. The genes for days to flowering and main stem length generally showed negative partial or over dominance and the genes for plant height, stem diameter, leaf size, number and weight of early mature fruit, and number and weight of total mature fruit showed the positive partial or over dominance. As the results of analysis of diallel table, the general combining ability in all characters observed was shown to be the highest, and the next was the specific combining ability. All these characters excepting stem diameter and leaf size in the specific combining ability were significant, while in the effect of reciprocal crosses tee was no significance excepting the plant height and early yield. Genetic correlations between days to flowering and number of early mature fruit, weight of early mature fruit or weight of total mature fruit were negative with -0.524, -0.820 and -0.793, respectively, while it was positive with 0.648 between days to flowering and main stem length. There were negative genetic correlations of -0.807 and -0.464 between length of main stem and number and weight of early mature fruit, respectively. Fruit weight was correlated to number of early mature fruit with very low negative value, but it was correlated to days to flowering and number of total mature fruit with high negative values, and correlated to other characters with high positive values.
