국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 전자출판의 문화기술 지 원정책 현황을 살펴보고 매체융합으로 인하여 새롭게 패러다임을 형성하고 있는 전자출판의 개념 확장에 대하여 고찰해보고자 하였다. 특히 국제적 전자출판계의 지각변동에 적극적으로 대처하기 위하여, 국내외 전자출판 생산, 유통, 소비 단계를 아우르는 국제 전자 출판 유통 시스템 동향에 맞는 문화기술 요소를 제안하였다. 또한, 스마트폰 및 태블릿 PC 기반의‘전자책’ 단말기들의 새로운 글쓰기 형태와 제작, 유통 및 책읽기 유형의 변화에 따른 트랜드 분석을 통하여, 새로운 출판산업 가치사슬 구조에 적합한 문화기술요소를 도출하였다. 이 외에도 소셜미디어 및 개인출판 기술 동향을 분석하여, 출판시장과의 연계성 및 관련 정책 지원 범위를 알아보고, 나아가 미래 클 라우드 출판산업의 중장기 발전 방안을 모색해 보았다.

영문 초록

The goal of the study is to examine an extension of the notion of digital publishing that is now forming a new paradigm due to the media convergence based on the review of the present state of the Culture Technology support policies in the domestic digital publishing. The study suggests a number of culture technology elements that are suitable for the value chain in the new publishing industry based on the analysis of the new working style for the smart phone, e-book device based on the tablet PC. In order to suggest the culture technology elements the study focuses on some culture technology elements that are appropriate for the current trend of the international digital publishing distribution system. In addition, the study investigates the connection between publishing industry, and social media and self-publishing technology based on the analysis of the current trend and explores some medium-long-term strategies for the next generation cloud publishing industry.
