유아식생활 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 건강한 성인으로 성장하는데 기본이 되는 유아기 식생활의 중요성을 인지하고 유아기에 올바른 식생활을 습관화 할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발에 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2009년 식생활교육지원법 제정 이전과 이후의 석·박사 학위 논문을 연도별 연구동향, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구내용, 연구자 동향을 분석하여 2009년을 기준으로 유아식생활 연구 동향 분석 연구를 비교하여 유아식생활 연구의 방향을 제시하고 학문적 의의를 갖고자 한다. 2009년 이전의 유아식생활 연구 동향분석 결과 연구대상으로는 유아를 대상으로 하는 연구가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈으며, 연구방법으로는 조사, 실험연구 등의 양적연구가 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 또한 연구내용은 식생활태도, 인식, 요구도 관련 연구가 가장 많았으며, 학위 논문 연구자를 분석해 본결과 유아교육 전공자가 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로는 영양학 관련 전공자가 높은 빈도로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to develop an educational program that recognizes the importance of children s dietary habits to grow into a healthy adult and habitat proper habits during childhood. This study analyzed research trends, research subjects, research methods, research contents, and researcher trends in each year through the thesis of master and doctoral prior and after to enactment of the Dietary Education Support Act of 2009 and presented the direction of research by comparing the research trend analysis of children s dietary life in 2009. As a result of analyzing trends of children s dietary life research before 2009, the research subject had the highest frequency of the study of children and the research methods had the highest frequency of quantitative research such as research and experimental study. Also, the contents of research had the highest frequency of attitude of dietary life, recognition, and demand and as a result of analyzing the theses researchers, most students were majoring in early childhood education, followed by a lot of students were majoring nutrition-related.
