국문 초록

본 연구는 기관 운영자를 통해 특수아동 치료교육기관들의 운영과정들을 살펴봄으로써, 치료교육 대상자들에게 질적 치료교육 서비스 제공 및 기관 활성화를 위한 특수아동 치료교육기관의 현 운영자와 예비 운영자들에게 기관 운영의 빅 프레임을 제공하는데 궁극적 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 근거 이론 분석을 통해 개방 코딩, 축 코딩, 선택 코딩으로 기관 운영자의 특수아동 치료교육기관 운영과정과 운영과정에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 136 개의 개념과, 49개의 하위범주, 14 개의 상위범주가 도출되었다. 특수아동 치료교육기관 운영과정의 중심현상은 시간적 흐름에 따른 운영초기와 운영중기의 어려움으로 나타났으며, 이러한 중심현상을 해결하기 위해 운영자는 기관의 정체성을 재점검하며 기관 내외에 대해 끊임없는 연구와 실천을 한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 기관을 운영하는데 미치는 요인으로는 기관 운영자 변인, 기관 이용 대상자, 대상자 부모, 치료사, 사회서비스 제도, 급증하는 타 기관으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to provide a big-frame of institute management for current and expected administrators of therapeutic institution institute for students with disabilities. For this study, a grounded theory method was used to analyze the data and found management process and influential factors of therapeutic institution for students with disabilities by open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The study results were as follows; there were 136 concepts, 49 sub-categories, and 14 categories. The central phenomena were difficulties in beginning and middle period of management. To solve the central phenomena, the administrators were review the identity of institute first and then they continuously research and practiced. The influential factors of institute management were administrator, students, parents, therapist, social service system, and other competitor institutes.
