장애영아 담당교사 직무분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육ㆍ보육현장에서 장애영아 담당교사가 실제 수행하는 직무가 무엇이고, 각 직무에 대한 인식은 어떠하며, 장애영아 담당교사가 반드시 수행 할 핵심책무와 핵심과업이 무엇인지를 알아보려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 조사방법으로는 직무분석의 한 방법인 데이컴 (DACUM) 기법을 활용하였다. 먼저, 데이컴의 기본원칙을 기초로 28명의 SME 패널과 7명의 교육훈련전문가 패널을 선정하고 1 차와 2차 조사를 통해 직무 정의 및 책무와 과업을 도출하였다 . 도출한 책무와 과업은 설문 문항으로 제작되었으며, 전국에 걸친 최종 212 명의 설문응답자에게 장애영아 담당교사의 직무에 대한 중요도와 난이도를 평정하도록 하였다. 이후 3 차 조사를 통해 핵심책무와 핵심과업을 도출하였다. 이에 따른 주요결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째 , SME 패널과 교육훈련전문가 패널은 장애영아 담담교사의 직무를 정의하고, 13개 책무 와 54개 과업으로 구성된 장애영아 담당교사의 직무를 도출하였다. 둘째, 장애영아 담당교사의 13 개 책무 중 , 중요도가 가장 높은 책무는「IEP/IFSP 운영」 ,「교수학습 실행」으로 나타났고 , 난이도가 가장 높은 책무는 「가족 역량 강화」로 나타났다 . 아울러 54 개 과업 중 , 중요도가 가장 높은 과업은「반응적 상호작용하기」였고, 난이도가 가장 높은 과업은 「부모교육하기」로 나타났다. 셋째 , 장애영아 담당교사가 반드시 수행 할 핵심책무로는 「IEP//IFSP 운영」 , 「교수학습 실행」 등 6개 책무가, 그리고 핵심과업으로는 「 IEP/IFSP 계획하기」, 「IEP//IFSP 평가하기 등 19개 과업이 도출되었다. 이에 따라 연구자는 본 연구 결과에 비추어 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the job that the teachers of infants with special needs actually practice both in education and childcare fields, recognizing teachers’ perception on each duties and tasks, and identifying key duties and tasks that must be performed by teachers of infants with special needs. Using DACUM, a method of job analysis, was used for this purpose. Based on the basic principles of DACUM, a DACUM committee, composed of 2 panels, was formed. One had 28 SMEs and the other had 7 education/training experts. Job definitions and Job chart were derived from the first and second consultations. Then, a questionnaire resulting from Job chart was produced, and 212 fieldworkers across the country were asked to rate the importance and difficulty about the jobs of teachers of infants with special needs. Key duties and tasks were derived from the survey results and the third consultation of the DACUM committee. The results were as follows. First, jobs of the teachers of infants with special needs were defined and The jobs of teachers of infants with special needs were analyzed and fell into 13 duties and 54 tasks. Second, the most important duty among the 13 duties was 「Operating IEPs/IFSPs」and「Implementing Teaching-Learning」, and the most difficult duty was 「Empowering Family」. However, the most important task was 「Responsive Interaction」and the most difficult task was「Educating Parents」 among the 54 tasks. Third, 6 key duties and 19 key tasks that teachers of infants with special needs should carry out were derived. Finally, the author provided several discussion and suggestions for future research.
