영문 초록

Recently, the worldwide energy consumption is rising majority of it come from the building energy consumption. Building at the national level in 2013 related to the legal system of energy-saving standard is gradually being strengthened, and an increase in the importance of building and energy efficiency, but the architecture of the building life cycle maintenance services tailored to the quality and performance analysis is not made smoothly is not. This study on validity and reliability of BIM design process step-by-step energy elements designed to identify at an early stage of the building energy-saving process model by establishing an efficient maintenance of the validity and reliability of research.
