President Soon Ja Kim established Hansung Food Co., Ltd. in June 1986 which is classified as food stuff manufacturing company among manufacturing type of business of the Korea Industrial Bank census. Main food Kimchi to be expressed as “Spirit of Korean” is symbolic object representing Korea and as it has more physiological active agent than any other foods, so it is valued as very profitable food to health, and recently it is becoming widely known constructing even museum. President Kim concentrated her effort on development of food of all people for cosmopolitan by playing therole of invention in order to Jet Korean traditional foods go abreast with the Western food or utilize as snack or substitute food by destroying fixed conception. “Hansung Solbangwool Kimchd(HSK)”which is main food Kimchi brand is being propagated as worldwide main, food. As its result, President Kim received excellent prize as excellent cooperative company accomplishing the maximum sales with trust toward customers and Kimchi single item. Management ideology of Hansung Food Co., Ltd. are as the following : 1. “To strengthen customer satisfaction and competitiveness with quality, 2. To strengthen enterprise structure with management Innovation, 3. To become sincere and creative Hansung man”. Hansung Food Co., Ltd. has head-office in Busan, and has large scale production facilities at Bucheon factory, Jincheon 1st factory, Jincheon 2nd factory, Seosan factory, Busan branch etc and has employees of about 400 persons, and it is excelenterprise will annual sales of about 27 billion Won. Particularly, it is venture enterprise aiming at management purpose achievement amount of about 50 billion Won (including export) in 2002. President Kim completed Soongsil University WMP, High Manager Course(57th term) of Graduate School of Business Administration, Ewha Woman’s University, and she was selected as heroine of Success Period(MBC) in 2000. Hereby, The Korea Academy Managers of Business Historians and examination committee for 2002 CEO Grand prize selected President Kim as prize winner unanimously.
