영문 초록

Rising housing rent and sale price in Seoul has been leading to significant increase in the population of Gyeonggi Province. Particularly, after the large-scale housing development projects were completed in 2010, the existing population flow has more than doubled already, and residential movements are expected to accelerate further. As a result of these population movements, the quality of life such as housing, transportation, and infrastructure will decline in the physical environmental aspect. Empirical analysis of residential indexes which are regarded to affect indwellers life quality was also performed, including community facilities, transportation, nonphysical facilities, etc. The results showed that the most significant factor on the life quality of indwellers was purchasing spot of daily items, which is the physical community facility, followed by neighborhood fellowship. To enhance the life quality of indwellers, physical community facilities and programs to increase the level of neighborhood fellowship, which is nonphysical community factor, are both required.
