국문 초록

본 연구는 한국경영사학회의 1986년 창간호에서부터 제25집 제2호(2010. 6)까지 지난25년 간의 경영사학 연구동향에 관한 연구이다. 본 논문의 연구대상은 한국경영사학회가 발간하는 ｢경영사학｣학술지에 게재된 연구성과를 중심으로 경영사 연구에 있어서 한국경영사학회의 활동성과 및 기여도에 대한부분을 체계적으로 고찰하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 먼저, 한국경영사학회의 창립동기와 그동안의 성과와 현황에 대한 내용을 다루었으며, 한국경영사학회에 대한 연구자들의 연구방향에 대하여 논하였다. 그리고 ｢경영사학｣에 게재된 논문들을 시대별 성과와 전문 분야별 성과로 나누어 분석하였으며, 그결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 경영사학의 각 연구분야에 대한 심층적 연구분석이 이루어져야 한다. 21세기에 들어와서 경영사학 관련 학문이 점점 세분화되고 전문화 되고 있으므로 각주제분야의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 심층적인 연구가 요구 된다. 둘째, 경영사학의 연구에 있어서 국제적인 연구논문의 발표가 필요하다. 우리나라의 경영사학연구는 한국기업이나 경영인을 대상으로 하는 것이 대부분으로 이런 난점을 없애기 위해서는 국제 비교분석 같은 분야에 더 많은 논문들이 게재되어야할 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 외국저자의 적극적인 참여가 요망된다. 연구내용이 글로벌화 되기 위해서는 연구자들의 국적이 다양해지는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다. 이는 연구내용의 국제화를 이룰 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다양한 시각에서 한국의 경영사학을 조망할 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 넷째, 다양한 주제의 개발이 필요하다. 경영사학의 영역은 최근 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 경영사학에 대한 정보의양도 기하급수적으로 늘어나고 있다. 이를 충족하기 위해서는 다양한 주제를 개발하고 연구영역도 확장해야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 한국적 경영사학의 모델을 개발해야 한다. 한국기업이 세계 초일류기업이 되고 있다. 이렇게 한국기업이 급성장한 배경에는 이와 같은 성장의 기초를 다진 한국적 경영이론과 경영철학이 존재하고 있기 때문이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서는 한국형 전통경영사학의 연구 개발에 주력해야할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This Study is about the study trends of during the last 25 years that The Korean Academy of Business Historian was publishing a business history until Vol. 25 No. 2(2010.6) since first issue(1986). The subjects of this study is published a Business History by the Korean Academy of Business Historian it’s around study results. Also, This study is the activity performance and contribution to investigate the systematical study. This Study discussed about the founding motivation and performance of the korean Academy of Business Historian, This study was analyzed time performance and professionally sectoral performance in published the business history. The Results are summarized as follows. The Business History of 1980’s was embryonic stage in The Korean Academy of Business Historian, In this era was studied about almost entrepreneurial history and a enterprise history. Especially, the establishment of enterprises that had been used mostly for research. The Business History of 1990’s has became stabilized in the business historical study to the Korean Academy of Business Historians. During this period, First of all, The Business History of the academy journal was enlarged to publish two times per year, Also the case study of korean’s representative entrepreneurship began in this period. In addition, This periods began international symposium and international conference of exploration between domestic and foreign scholars for academic exchanges. And this time was shown the great increase in the fields of trade history, industrial history, and accounting history when it compared with the 1980’s. The Business History of 2000’s can the growth stage to the Korean Academy of Business Historians. Especially, This period was being studied the case study of korean’s exemplary entrepreneurship actively, And between domestic and foreign scholars have a academic exchanges actively. Also, The Business History has begin published three times per year. In addition, From this period was published a special thesis for the case study of Korean’s representative entrepreneurship, Some case studies have been published in books. Meanwhile, This times was shown the great increase in the fields of industrial history, management system history when it compared with the 1990’s.
