대학 프로젝트 수업에서 팀 협력방식과 팀 리더 유형이 팀 역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 팀 협력방식과 팀 리더유형이 팀 역량에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것으로 이를 위해 대학생들을 대상으로 팀을 구성하고 세 가지 유형의 협력방식집단(계열적, 호혜적, 팀 중심)으로 분류하였다. 각 팀의 과제 수행완료 이후 팀 리더 유형과 팀 역량 검사를 실시하였고 연구문제에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 팀 역량에 있어서 팀 협력방식 집단에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었으며 구체적으로 팀 중심 협력방식이 다른 협력방식 집단에 비해 효과적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀 리더 유형이 팀 역량에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있었고 설득형 리더 유형이 다른 리더유형에 비해 효과적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀 협력방식별 팀 리더 유형에 있어서는 세 가지 유형의 팀 협력방식 집단 모두 팀 역량에 있어서 설득형이 팀 과제를 수행하는 가장 효과적인 리더유형으로 나타났다. 협력방식별로 가장 많이 인식하는 리더유형은 상이하였으나 팀 성과에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 리더유형은 관계지향적이면서 과제지향적인 설득형 리더유형으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 팀 과제 수행 시 리더와 팀 구성원들이 협력적으로 참여를 하는 팀 중심의 협력방식과 과제지향적이고 관계지향적인 설득형 리더유형이 팀 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the team collaboration procedures and team leader types in the team based project learning. Participants in the study were organized into three teams according to the collaboration procedures, consisting of sequential, reciprocal, and team-based procedures. After completing the team work, they were surveyed the team leader types, team-competence. The Results showed that, there were significant differences among team collaboration types in team competence, team-based procedures was positive effect of team competence comparing any other collaboration procedures. Second, there were significant differences among team leader types in team competence. Selling leader type was positive effect of team competence comparing any other team leader types. Third, selling leader type in sequential, reciprocal, and team-based collaborating procedures was positive effect of team competence. Based on the finding from the study, following conclusion was drawn. To support team based learning effectively, team collaboration procedure and team leader type should be considered. In the aspect of team collaboration procedures, team-based procedure should be used in the team work performance to participate all team members including leader. And the team leader should perform the role of selling leader type in team based learning. Since the selling leaders have both relationship oriented and task oriented characteristics, they can have positive impact on team-based task performance.
