영문 초록

Under simple laboratory settings, a number of experimental economics have tested the gender differences in social preferences and found inconclusive results. We investigate whether inequality aversion for the distribution of benefits accruing to participants in the food supply chain evolves for food purchase behavior. The results indicate that people have strong preferences for the distribution of benefits. We also find weak gender effect on disutility of advantageous allocation.
