영문 초록

This study has intended to presentan alternative plan of spatial layout to build and innovation city using spacesyntax in Chungbuk Innocity.To achievethisgoal, this study has employed space syntax to analyze the characteristics of spatial layout before evaluating the possibilities to build an innovation clusterin thissite.The briefresults of this study are as follows.Atpresent,transfer public administrations do nothave any collaboration with an industry,academy,and research institute.Asthey willmovetothis city,ithasvery low possibilities of jointtransfer,collaboration and win-win development. Thus,itis necessary to constructan innovation cluster based on regionalindustry to success of Chungbuk Innocity.To effectivelydo this,effective agglomeration was necessary atthefirststep.As a result,alternative plan is as follows.Becausea centerdistrict of innovation has highintegrationval ueandrepresentshighgradeofrankinhierarchy,public administration zone is going to be changed into the zone ofcommerce and business for reinforcementofthegiven function.Itisrequired toagglomerateclusterzonesnearby the industrialzone to make a foundation of innovative cluster zone.Public administrations concentrate to close district of public administration zone focused on educationandtraining. Residential zone with relatively low integration value has been located in a hospitaland educationalzone
