대학 창업보육센터의 사후 지원에 대한 졸업기업의 성과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창업보육센터의 졸업 기업이 졸업 이후 창업보육센터의 지원이 졸업기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 구체적으로 창업보육센터가 지원하는 서비스가 졸업기업의 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업보육센터의 졸업기업들에 대한 기술적, 경영적 그리고 행정적 지원은 모두 기업 성과에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 설문 조사결과 지속적으로 기업을 운영하고 있는 졸업기업들은 창업보육센터의 도움을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업보육센터는 입주기업을 지원하는 목적으로 설립이 된 운영기관으로 3년간 사후관리의 의무를 지니고 있으나 사후관리 방안이 명확하지 않아 졸업기업에 대한 지원은 제한적이다. 따라서, 창업보육센터 입주기업을 지원하는 창업보육센터의 역할도 중요하지만 졸업 이 후 지역경제 발전을 위해 창업보육센터 졸업기업의 자생력을 키워주기 위한 창업보육센터와 지자체 그리고 중앙정부의 노력 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the status of graduated start-up company which are graduated from university business incubator in Gyeonggi province. If they are supported by the management or support from their previous business incubator after graduation, check whether they affect the overall operation or performance of the graduates through their support. And this study also deduces improvement plan of their sustainability after graduation from business incubator and studies necessity of POST business incubator role. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, technical, managerial, and administrative support of graduate companies in incubation center did not affect the performance of the company. However, the results of the survey show that the graduates who are continuously operating the business are receiving help from the incubation center. The Incubator center is an operating organization that was established for the purpose of supporting tenants, but it has the obligation of post-management for three years, but the support for the graduates is limited due to the lack of clear management plan. Therefore, it is important that the incubation center that supports entrepreneurs in the incubation center is important, but after the graduation, the incubation center, the local governments and the central government should endeavor to nurture the self-sustenance of the entrepreneurs.
