국문 초록

문화기술은 최근 콘텐츠 및 문화산업에 대한 사회적 관심과 함께 국내에서 더욱 높은 중요성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 대전광역시 문화기술 기업들의 성장 방안과 기회 탐색 메커니즘을 살펴보기 위해 기업가의 기업가적 지향성, 조직의 폐기학습 및 흡수역량을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 설문과 깊이 있는 사례 연구를 통해 대전광역시 내 문화산업 및 문화기술의 성장에 관한 중요한 시사점을 본 연구는 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 조직의 폐기학습과 흡수역량을 바탕으로 CEO가 기업가적 지향성을 발휘해야 문화기술 기업의 기회 탐색에 매우 효과적일 수 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사례연구를 토대로 그동안 관련 연구가 부족했던 지역 문화기술 기업들의 성장에 필요한 핵심 요인을 도출함으로써 창업 및 기업 성장에 관한 중요한 학문적 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

The culture technology is getting more important than any other technology in Korea. Recently, with the emergence of new technology business and the advent of Korea culture-based economy, social demands for culture technology growth have increased. This research analyzes some success factors of culture technology firms in Daejeon, in the concrete focusing on opportunity exploration, entrepreneurial orientation, organizational unlearning capacity and absorptive capacity. Survey & in-depth case study research on the regional culture technology small-medium sized firms shed light on the aspects, which couldn t be found by a just story. The major findings are as follows. It were found that CEO s entrepreneurial orientation based on unlearning and absorptive capacity of organizational learning cycle that effect on an firm s opportunities explorations. The academic implication of this research is that it focused on the regional culture technology business change and examined the key success factors of the new innovation and opportunity exploration.
