영문 초록

Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) is a relatively uncommon tumor that demonstrates a specific pattern of clinical and histologic features. It is a benign lesion which arise from residual odontogenic epithelium. This lesion was reported to be very rare, so we reported the 9 cases for 10 years and obtained following results. 1. These lesions manifested clinically slowly growing painless mass. 2. Histopathologically, the lesion mainly consisted of columnar to cuboidal epithelium forming the duct structures and spindle cells surrounding the duct structure. 3. It was more frequently in female patients, affected the anterior jaws, especially the maxilla, and was usually in their second decade of life.
