헤어샵 종사자의 생활만족도 연구

국문 초록

급격히 변화되는 현대사회에 적응하기 위해 현대인들은 자신의 삶을 돌아볼 겨를도 없이 바쁘게 살아가고 있다. 최근 들어 여유로워진 현대인들이 자신들의 삶과 생활에 대한 만족 도를 돌아보며 삶을 스스로 평가한다. 이러한 현 추세는 열악한 환경에서 근무하는 헤어샵 종사자들의 생활만족에 대한 문제를 제기하게 되었으며, 이에 본 연구는 현장에서 근무하는 헤어종사자들의 일반적 특성에 대해 조사 한 뒤 일반적 특성에 따른 생활만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 헤어샵 종사자들의 생활만족을 위한 정보 및 학문적 자료를 제공하는데 그 목 적이 있다. 헤어샵 종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 분석한 결과 일반적 특성에 따라 생활의 만족 도 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 연령, 경력, 월 평균 수입이 낮을수록 생활의 만족도는 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 즉 연령이 어릴수록 사회에 적응하는 시간이 필요하고 그에 따른 경력 부족으로 인해 평균 월수입이 낮을 수밖에 없음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 헤어샵 종사자들의 일반적인 특성에 따른 생활의 만족도를 알아본 결과, 현장 경험이 부족한 낮은 연령대에 구체화된 교육시스템 구축과 다양한 서비스교육을 제공해 줄 수 있는 전략이 필요하며, 본 연구를 통해 낮은 연령대의 헤어샵 종사자들이 사회에 빨리 적응하고 삶의 질적 향상과 생활 만족도를 높이는데 기여하고자 한다.

영문 초록

People are rapidly changing in a rapid modernization is busy living to adapt themselves to society and often difficult gajigi chance to look back on their lives. Recently, however, a growing tendency to see modern people are looking back to their lives around for the satisfaction of life. The current trend is hair salon employees are also despite the harsh conditions and long working hours and think about the general characteristics of the hair looked research workers for the satisfaction of life and raised the need for research on life satisfaction. This study aims to provide a survey of the behind the general characteristics after this to find out the difference between life satisfaction according to information for the life satisfaction of hair shop professionals and academic material about the general characteristics of hair professionals working in the field. After targeting the hair shop professionals working in the field analysis via a questionnaire District Court it had found that the satisfaction difference between living the general characteristics age, experience, average monthly gross income can know the satisfaction is also low life according to Low have. That is because the more age the child needs time to adapt to society and to know the average monthly income no choice but to lower the higher career men due to career tribe accordingly provides a build sufficient education system in the lower age groups the social experience lacking and various training this strategy is considered necessary to give. The judge cut off part time career of low ages of the hair salon workers materialized education systems that are not populated over time through experience and education services would be able to fill enough. This study is expected to be able to contribute to the study of practitioners working in the field and ways to boost them through the life satisfaction of hair shop professionals.
