국문 초록

아름다움을 추구하기 위한 인간의 끊임없는 노력과 욕구 충족에 따른 부가가치 창출은 뷰티산업이 양적으로 팽창될 수 있는 문화적 환경에 기여하였다. 또한, 배우고자 하는 욕구와 교육을 통해 기술을 습득하고자 하는 사회적 분위기는 질적으로 깊이 있는 평생학습 (Lifelong Education) 시대에 접어들었다. 헤어, 피부, 메이크업, 네일, 화장품 등 뷰티산업은 넓게 확장되어 경제적인 성장을 크게 하였으나 ‘빈익빈 부익부’와 ‘나눠 먹기식’ 현상으로 갈수록 경쟁은 심해지고 있다. 뷰티 산업현장에서 살아남기 위해서는 경제적인 투자와 새로운 아이템의 접목을 통한 환경적 개선방법도 필요하지만 경영자와 구성원 전체의 기술력을 향상시키기 위한 꾸준하고 수준 높은 교육을 통해 내실을 키우는 방법도 경쟁력을 가져올 수 있다. 헤어미용 교육을 받기 위해서 학교, 학원, 아카데미, 세미나, 개인레슨 등을 이용하는데 학원의 경우는 교육청에 등록되어 있는 학원수를 파악하기 힘들 정도로 많다. 현재 미용 사 자격제도는 헤어, 피부를 비롯해 네일이 시행되어 더욱 세분화 및 전문화 되었다. 이러 한 자격을 갖춘 우리나라 헤어디자이너들은 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 끊임없이 공부하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 헤어디자이너를 위한 새로운 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 초석 연구로 세계적으로 운영되고 있는 국외 헤어 재교육 아카데미와 비교하여 최근 경영이 침체된 국내 헤어 재교육 아카데미가 재도약 할 수 있는 방법을 모색하기 위해 뷰티산업 현장에서 많은 헤어디자이너들이 인지하고 교육받고 있는 헤어 재교육 아카데미의 교육환경의 현황을 알아보았다. 외국 사례와 비교를 통해 얻은 결론은 체계적이고 표준화된 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요 하고, 교육용 교재와 실습제품의 브랜드화가 요구된다. 또한 꾸준한 학습과 새로움을 창조 하는 트렌드를 연구 및 발표하고, 기술뿐만 아니라 글로벌(Global)한 언어교육이 병행된 국제 강사 양성이 필요하다. 무엇보다 부담스럽지 않은 교육비로 진행된다면 국내․외에서 인정받는 헤어 재교육 아카데미로 성장 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The creation of added value thanks to people’s continued efforts to pursue beauty and satisfy their needs has made a contribution to the establishment of a cultural environment in which the beauty industry can expand. Because of the social atmosphere in which people want to learn and gain technology through education, in addition, an era of lifelong education has emerged. Even though the beauty industry (ex: hair, skincare, makeup, nail care, cosmetics, etc.) has grown and promoted economic growth significantly, competition has become sharper due to the spread of ‘rich-get-richer and poor-get-poorer’ and ‘sharing power’ phenomena. To survive in the dog-eat-dog beauty industry, even though it is necessary to improve the environment through economic investments and the application of new items, it is important to strengthen competitiveness through continued and advanced education with a goal of improving the capabilities of the CEO and employees. At present, there are a great number of beauty-related private institutes (ex: Academies, tutoring, schools, etc.) registered with the Office of Education. The cosmetology license system has been more specified and specialized (ex: Hair, skin care, nail care, etc.) to remain alive amidst this competition and qualified hairdressers in South Korea have continued studying. As a basic study for the development of a new education program for domestic hairdressers, this study has investigated the educational environment of hair refresher education academies, where many hairdressers are being trained and educated for the purpose of finding a way for the sluggish domestic hair refresher education academies to take a step forward in comparison with hair refresher education academies around the world. Conclusions through a comparison with foreign practices is necessary to develop a systematic and standardized training program and branding of the product training materials and training are required. In addition, we must study and released a steady trend to create learning and renewal, international faculty development is parallel technology and global language training is needed. If not proceed to the casual and education, It is expected to grow as hair re-training academy recognized at home and abroad.
