자석요법 효능에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

휴대폰과 컴퓨터 사용자들이 늘어나면서 어깨통증, 경부통증, 편두통, 수면 장애 등의 질병이 발생하고 있는 것이다. 최근에는 사람들이 이러한 질병을 관리하기 위해 주로 에스테틱샵이나 마사지샵을 찾게 된다. 하지만 관리사들의 잘못된 지식과 방법으로 인해 현 대인들이 주로 통증을 호소하는 어깨나 등, 팔, 다리, 골반 주변등의 관리를 할 때 과도한 수기나 도구압으로 오히려 근육이 풀리지 않고 몸살처럼 온몸의 통증을 호소하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 상황에 대한 해결책이 자석요법이다. 그래서 자석치유법이 인체에 어떠한 영 향이 있는지 알아보고, 긍정적인 영향과 부정적인 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 본 연구의 접근 방식은 국내외의 연구 발표 자료를 참고하였고 문헌의 연구는 학위 논문과 학술지, 신문기사, 인터넷검색 등과 연구기관의 연구 보고서 및 논문등의 최근의 자료를 중심으로 분석 하였다. 이에 대한 결론적 제언으로는 앞서 연구된 결과로 보면 인체의 경혈을 이용하여 보법과 사법을 사용한 방법의 치유법에는 유효한 결과를 보였지만 국내외 연구에서의 부정적인 요인으로는 정확한 방법과 치유법이 아닌 방법으로의 치유법에서는 유효한 효과를 내지 못했다. 선행 연구들의 자력을 이용한 다루는 법은 대부분 높은 자력을 이용하여 다루었지만 이 에 대한 부작용은 밝혀지지 않았고 낮은 자력을 이용한 연구도 필요하겠다. 또한 선행 연 구들의 자석요법에서는 경혈과 아시혈에 국한되어 견비통, 요통, 생리통에 대한 연구가 주를 이었지만 보다 진보적인 방법의 연구들과 자석이 가지고 있는 N극 과 S극을 잘 이용하고 원형의 자석만이 아니라 유연하게 움직이는 고무자석 등을 이용한 연구도 필요하겠고 또 다른 질병들의 자석요법 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 자석요법으로 다양한 연구가 개발되어 새로운 치유법이 발견되길 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

That is, diseases such like a shoulder pain, neck pain, migraine, and sleep disorders have appeared while mobile phone and computer users are increasing. Recently, people look for beauty treatment salon or massage shop to manage these diseases. However, people usually complain the body pain due to incorrect knowledge and treatment of massage-therapist. Especially some massage-therapist do a treatment to their patient’s shoulder, back, legs with excessive hand or pressure of tool thus the patient tends to suffer from pains like a body ache. The solution for these situations is a magnetic therapy. Therefore, let us find out if magnetic therapy has any effect on the human body and its positive and negative effects. The method of this research refer to internal and external reported research presentation and research for thesis is based on the latest data which is a master’s thesis, newspaper articles, surfing the internet, research paper from research institute. As a proposal for this conclusion, the remedy shows good result for treatment with Tonification and Sedation which is used spots on the body suitable for acupuncture, however it failed to show valid and effective result when it was used by incorrect treatment. Mostly, the magnetic therapy from advanced research has used high-magnetism but there was no side effect until now so research, which is used low-magnetism, also need. In the advanced research of magnetic therapy, it has mainly been studied for Frozen Shoulder, backache, menstrual pain which limited spots on the body suitable for acupuncture and Ashi-point. However, research needs way that is more progressive. The magnetic therapy research need to use N pole and S pole which magnet has and it needs to study more with flexible rubber magnets and magnetic therapy for other diseases. In the future, I expect new remedy founded with a magnetic therapy and hope it develop more.
