국문 초록

누구든 지금을 문화의 시대라고 한다. 문명이 물질적인 움직임이라면 문화는 정신적인 움직임이다. 이 움직임을 만드는 예술행위는 문화의 시대에 기초 자원인 셈이다. 그래서 국민들이 수준 높은 삶을 향유하기 위해서는 문화 콘텐츠, 전문 인력, 무엇보다 예술가의 창작지원이 이루어지고, 그래서 그들의 생활이 가능하여 창작을 할 수 있는 여건이 만들어져야 한다. 언제부터인가 이런 문화공간 확보의 방안 중 하나로 기능이 상실된 공간 즉 유휴공간들이 주목을 받기 시작했다. 산업화시대를 거쳐 오면서 생산이 중단된 폐공장, 폐부지, 폐철도부지, 잃어버린 공간, 버려진 공간 등을 활용하여 유휴공간의 문화공간화를 연구하고자 한다. 산업화, 정보화시대가 도래되며 생겨난 유휴공간들을 효과적으로 활용 한 성공사례를 알아보고 이를 통해서 유휴공간의 활용법을 문화, 예술 분야와 접목시켜 봄으로써 우리들의 주변에서 좀 더 쉽게 문화향유공간을 접할 수 있도록 다양한 확충방안 을 제시하고자 한다.문화공간을 활용하는 행위 자체가 하나의 영역이 아닌 도시개발의 영 역으로 보는 우리나라의 현재 상황은 많은 어려움을 시사한다. 해외의 성공사례를 보면 그들은 하나의 문화공간을 만들기 위해 기획단계에서부터 각 분야별 전문가들을 고용했다. 그들의 다양한 의견들과 창의적인 발상이 실제 작업에 얼마나 중요한지 알 수 있었다. 문화공간의 성공은 최소 10년에서 20년 이상의 충분한 시간을 두고 기획ㆍ실행함으로써 이루어졌다. 이런 기획의 중요성을 인지하여 철저한 사전조사와 연구를 통해 창의적이고 지역주민들이 마음껏 즐길 수 있는 문화공간으로 거듭나도록 해야 한다. 또한 정치적인 성과물로서의 공간개발 보다 그 자체에 중요성을 느끼고 행해질 수 있도록 우리들의 인식도 바뀌어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Today is the era of the culture. If civilization is the material movement, culture would be a spiritual movement. This spiritual movement to create a artistic activities based on the era of the culture. In order to provide high-quality life style, we should make cultural content, professional. The most important above all is support of artists space, so they can be creative, make their life possible. The industrial era has gone through many years in the past decade or so, it is cautious to problems in modern society, such as, closed factory and an abandoned factory, a land, a railroad site, losing space, an abandoned space. That is researching for utilization of reconstruction of cultural space for unused space. The advent of the industrialization and information era that due to the effective use of emerging unused space through which to learn the best practices for utilization of unused space, culture, arts and to integrating by looking around our culture that more easily can access to you enjoy the expansion of space to propose. Cultural space is take advantage of the use itself that not a single area of urban development to the area that to know the current situation of our country suggest that many difficulties. To make the cultural space from planning of stage which we success the study case of how to using cultural space in foreign so, I hired experts in each field for this project. Their various opinions and creative ideas are to know how to important this was to the actual work. The success of cultural space have been executed at least 10 years or more than 20 years in sufficient time by planning and execution will be done. This plan recognizes the importance of a thorough pre-researching and study, local residents enjoy the creative and the need to be reborn as a cultural space. Also, we should change our perception of the development of political achievement as cultural space not only recognizes it but recognizes itself as well.
