영문 초록

Farm management operation is the deployment of activities as a management development process. Because these farm management operations originate from management records, they hold significant meaning. However, the reality is that there are hardly any domestic studies in relation to this, so this study attempted to determine the actual state of management records and their effectiveness through research on the actual condition of farm management records. When the study results were combined, there were differences in the amounts of sales, growth rate, and ability of management personnel between record keeping farms and non-record keeping farms. This occurred for each type of record, and it was revealed after analyses that management records affect farm management and management growth.
