국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영유아자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육적응과정에 대해 심층적으로 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 영유아 자녀를 둔 12명의 아버지를 연구참여자로 하여 근거이론 질적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 14개의 범주와 27개의 하위범주, 110개의 개념이 도출되었다. 중심현상은 ‘부딪힘’이었으며, 인과적 조건은 ‘부담감’과 ‘전통적인 성역할 태도’, 맥락적 조건은 ‘현실과 제도의 괴리’였으며, 중재적 조건은 ‘미안함’, ‘아빠로서의 존재감’, ‘양육지원’ 등이었다. 작용/상호작용은 ‘벗어나기’, ‘받아들이기’, ‘대안찾기’ 등 이었으며, 핵심범주는 ‘남편에서 아빠로 거듭나기’로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 영유아 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육적응과정에 대한 특수성과 보편성에 기초한 아버지의 일·가정양립지원 프로그램개발 및 가족복지에 있어 정책적, 실천적, 연구적 함의가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is the father of the child rearing infants for the adaptation process will determine the depth. To this end, the father of twelve children, infants and the study participants were analyzed based on the theory of qualitative research methods. Study of 14 categories and 27 sub categories, 110 were derived concept. Symptoms of heart ‘dings’ were causal conditions ‘pressure and ’traditional gender role attitudes contextual conditions of the gap between reality and the system was, interventional conditions sorry , presence as father , parenting support , etc. respectively. Action / interaction of the ‘escape , ’accept , Find alternative and was the core category of dad to cater to her husband , respectively. This study is the father of the child rearing infants adaptation process is based on the uniqueness and universality of his father s work , home life balance and family welfare programs in developing a policy and practical , research will have implications.
