영문 초록

The objectives of research is to assess the issue on Syria refugee’s migration and their final goal place and their condition against the programs and policies and the principles of EU system. The flooding of Europe by countless waves of refugees may be the result of the strategic depopulation of Syria. At the same time, the refugee movement which is to decrease the capacity of a EU member government. This paper discussed on the capacity of the labor force that is fleeing Syria on account of having language skills, money, some connections. European countries have reached the outlines for a possible deal within member countries. EU committee have tried to get a proper solution how to manage refugees in Europe community. The condition of each member countries are different to each other. Germany objected to the closure of the western Balkan route used by refugees and migrants travelling from Greece to northern Europe. Actually, European unity has been stretched to breaking point, with countries taking unilateral action to reintroduce border controls across the passport-free Schengen zone. It should be work as a leverage for controls to be finished the end of the tragedy of Syrian refugees.In this paper, we conclude that the EU hardly get the integrated common European asylum policy in near future and there is no prospect to share the unitary process in Europe. And expect to the refugees will have their own way of doing things, keeping their own hopes not to violated of their human rights till the final goal.
