국문 초록

본 연구는 한·중 FTA에 따른 중국 B2C 전자상거래 시장에 진출한 국내 기업의 사례를 살펴보고 전자상거래 활성화 방안에 대해 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 통상환경의 변화와 인터넷의 발달로 인하여 중국시장에 진출한 국내 기업에게 기회요인과 위협요인이 동시에 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 방안에 있어서 기업측면의 철저한 맞춤형 현지화 전략, 웹프로모션 전략, 물류ㆍ유통시스템 및 전자통관 전략, 보안인증 및 결제시스템 전략이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 정부측면에서는 불공정 제고 및 미흡한 법률 개선, 수출지원제도 강화, 전자상거래 클레임 및 중재제도 마련이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The study showed examples of e-commerce transactions by domestic companies, which entered into the B2C e-commerce market, and suggested e-commerce activation. The analysis shows that the opportunity factors and threats to the Chinese market are simultaneously attributable to the opportunity of entering the Chinese market due to changes in the environment and the development of the Internet. In order to facilitate e-commerce activation, it will be necessary to execute a comprehensive localization strategy, web promotions strategy, logistics and distribution systems, security authentication strategies, security certification and payment system strategies. In terms of the government, it is judged that it needs to strengthen the unjust and insufficient legal reforms, strengthen export support, and introduce electronic commerce claims and arbitration systems.
