초등학교 교사의 TRIZ 40가지 발명원리에 대한 교육적 요구 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사의 TRIZ 40가지 발명원리에 대한 교육적 요구를 분석하여 TRIZ 의 교육적 활용을 위한 후속 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 구체적인 목표는 초등학교 교사가 인식하는 40가지 발명원리에 대한 중요도와 자신의 능력 수준을 분석하여 성별, 교사유형별, 발명지 도경험별, 연구교과별 요인에 따라 차이가 있는지 구명하고, 이에 대한 교육요구도를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 현직교사 100명과 예비교사 80명을 편의표집하여 연구를 실시하였으며, 성실도가 낮은 15명의 질문지를 제외한 165명의 질문지를 통계·처리하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사가 인식하는 40가지 발명원리에 대하여 인식하는 중요도가 자신의 능력수준 보다 높게 나타나 40가지 발명원리의 중요성이 높게 인식되었다. 둘째, 현직교사의 경우가 예비교사에 비하여 40가지 발명원리에 대하여 인식하는 중요도와 자신의 능력수준이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 현직교사 가운데 발명지도경험이 있는 경우에 40가지 발명원리에 대하여 인식하는 자신의 능력수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 연구교과에 따라서 인식하는 중요도와 능력수준에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 다섯째, ‘일회용’을 제외한 39가지 발명원리에서 초등학교 교사의 교육적 요구가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과를 통하여 TRIZ의 40가지 발명원리에 대하여 인식하고 있는 중요도에 비하여 자신의 능력수준이 낮게 나타나 교육적 요구가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 교육 현장의 요구를 반영하여 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 40가지 발명원리에 대한 교육 및 연수프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 이와 더불어 TRIZ의 교육적 활용을 위한 체계적인 연구가 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on TRIZ 40 inventive principles and teacher training programs by analyzing elementary school teacher` s perception towards TRIZ 40 inventive principles and educational needs. This study was carried out by survey research. For this study, a survey was conducted among 100 elementary school teachers and 80 trainee teachers in national university of education. The questionnaires of 165 were collected. This study used the SPSS program to analyze the data. The results of this study are as follow: Firstly, elementary school teachers are aware of the importance of 40 inventive principles higher than their present competence level. In other words, elementary school teachers think that 40 inventive principles is important. Secondly, elementary school teachers has higher perceived importance competence and competence level of 40 inventive principles than trainee teachers who educated in national university of education. Thirdly, elementary school teachers who teach invention has higher competence level of 40 inventive principles than teachers who doesn’t. That is to say experience of invention teaching is related with competence of 40 inventive principles. Fourthly, Depending on interesting(study) about subjects in a school curriculum of teacher, the importance and competence level of 40 inventive principles is different. Fifthly, the average value of educational needs of 40 inventive principles that calculated by the Borich formula is 1.50. In other words, 40 inventive principles has educational needs of elementary school teachers. 40 inventive principles education and training programs for elementary school teacher should be developed based on the finding of this study in the future.
