국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 새롭게 도입되는 지방자치단체 복식부기 정보시스템(LADI：Local government Accrual accounting & Double-entry Information system)의 성과평가에 따른 연구모형의 설정에 있다. 모형설정을 위하여 지방자치단체 발생주의․복식부기 체계 (① 복식부기 도입배경과 추진현황, ②부천시 복식부기 도입사례, ③ 정부회계(중앙정부 및 지방자치단체)에 대한 선행연구)와 정보시스템(① 회계정보시스템의 특징, ② 정보시스템에 대한 선행연구(국외 및 국내))에 대한 내용을 검토하였다. 검토내용을 기초로 ① 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질이 성과에 미치는 영향, ② 성과가 이용자 가치에 미치는 영향, ③ 매개변수 업무중요성과 이용자 회계 능력에 따라 ①,②의 영향이 차이가 나는지를 알아보는 연구모형 및 가설을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is design of study model in line with Local government Accrual accounting and Double-entry Information system (LADI) that is introducing newly. I examined following contents for model design.：1) Local government accrual accounting and double-entry book-keeping system (① Introduction background and propelled present situation of double-entry book-keeping, ② Case study of introduction in Bucheon city double-entry book-keeping, ③ Prior study for governmental accounting：central government and local government) and 2) Information system (① Distinction of accounting information system, ② Prior study for information system about abroad and domestics.) As basing on examined content, I presented hypotheses and study model which was finding out followings.：1) Something that system quality, information quality and service quality have an effect on performance, 2) Something that performance have an effect on value of user, 3)whether effect of 1) and 2) have a difference according to work importance and user accounting ability as intervening variable.
