국문 초록

급변하는 경영환경 하에서 기업들은 외형적 성장에 주력하기보다 내적 성장을 중시하게 되었으며 이를 위한 기업진단의 필요가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업의 질적, 양적 진단을 통하여 기업의 효율성 증진에 기여하고자 한다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 기업의 6개 부문에 대한 질적 진단결과 경영일반, 재무 및 회계, 생산, 판매, 인사 및 노무, 사무부문 모두 양호한 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 정량분석으로 기업의 수익성, 성장성, 안정성, 생산성, 활동성에 대한 비율분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기업의 성장성은 높아 자산자본의 효율성이 높게 나타났으나 안정성은 불안정한 형태를 나타냈으며, 수익성, 활동성, 생산성은 평균기업보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재무제표분석결과 기업의 재고자산과 재료비의 비중이 너무 높아 체계적 관리가 필요하며, 장기발전을 위한 연구비 및 광고비의 지출 증대가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기업의 단기 채무에 대한 의존율이 너무 높아 재무건전성 확보가 시급함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Internal growth of the company is considered more important than external growth under the rapidly changing environment. Under this environment, it is turned out that the necessity of company diagnoses is increasing. thus This study tried to find effectiveness of company through qualitative and quantitative analysis in company diagnoses. The results are as follows. The First, qualitative analysis of companies in six categories produces good results compared with standard basis. The second, the contents of ratio analysis are on profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, activity ratio, growth ratio, productivity ratio. Growth and liquidity ratio of firms is higher than that of total firms. but profitability ratio, activity ratio and productivity ratio of firms is lower than those of total firms. The third, firm s inventory asset and material cost is very high while, research and development and advertising expense is very low and firms are depending on short-term loans too much.
