국문 초록

소프트웨어는 무형자산으로서 그 중요성이 계속 증대되고 있다. 특히 사용자 입장에서 소프트웨어를 자산의 한 유형으로 인식하고 그에 대한 정당한 대가를 지불해야만 한다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 소프트웨어의 자산 가치를 지불하고 사용한다는 인식이 낮고 대부분 불법소프트웨어를 사용하는 것이 관례화 되어 있다. 그 동한 많은 계도기간을 통해 대기업과 공공기관에서는 정품사용을 하고 있으나 아직까지 제대로 된 소프트웨어 관리가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 정품 소프트웨어 사용증가를 위해 불법 복제 단속도 중요하지만 정품 소프트웨어 관리방법을 체계화하여 기업실무에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 먼저 국내 소프트웨어 관리 현황에 대한 사례연구를 통해 현재 상태를 분석하였다. 아직까지 소프트웨어 관리는 문서화 단계에 있으며 실질적으로 운영되고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 기반으로 하여 소프트웨어 관리의 필요성과 관리를 위해 3단계의 관리 절차를 정리하였다. 1단계는 소프트웨어 관리기반 구축, 2단계는 정품소프트웨어 확보 및 공급, 자료갱신, 3단계는 정품소프트웨어 정착 및 자체 검사실시 단계이다. 이러한 관리방법을 각 기업 환경에 맞게 변형하여 적용한다면 정품 사용의 정착과 활용이 용이하게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The software become lager the important by means of the intangible assets. In speciality, it is to recognize for type of the assets and to pay a resonable price by the user position. But the case of Korea, the user recognition becomes a low to pay the value in use of Software asset and almost the illegal software use through by custom. withen definite given period of time, A lager enterprise and a government enterprise use a legal software, but is not to become accurately the software management. This study propose terns of the application method in the company which the systematic software management. We think more important this method that the illegal software being regulate. The first, this study analysis the present situation through the case study of the domestic software management. As yet the domestic software management have been the paper work steps and is not still virtually operation. To the data is the base, this study is arrange the management procedure of the 3 steps with the software management. The one step is the software managemant base and construction. Two step is the legal software security and supply, data update. Three step is the legal software settlement and test. It will be come the use of the legal software which This management method application to change the adapted management environment.
