영문 초록

Recently, violent crime in school is increasingly reduced. However, according to recent statistics, there is no institutional apparatus and effective investment institutions that it is possible to find the help victim(student) substantially easily approached at the time of the school violence situation. If effective measures for the protection of school violence students, especially offender denied the perpetrators fact itself, to reject the payment of medical expenses or if offender admit perpetrators fact and there is not enough of the ability to pay, the cost of treatment is so as to give a great deal of mental and economic pain the victim students, and suffer from The Secondary Damage going to be consequences. By this, to respond quickly to an early stage through the effective reduction of protection measures of victim(student), to return the victim to a normal school life and academic, human resources, which are limited to the treatment and protection of damage student the placed, is necessary to protect the victim(student). Under such recognition, I consider in the center of the provisions on the “Violent Crime in school Measures Law”, to analyze the current situation and problems of the protection measures of damage student on the laws and regulations, as the actual remedies in human rights for the victim of violent crimes in school mandatory provisions of the protective measures request of the residents’ association, the need to ensure the professional consultation, establishment of effective of the provisions of economic assistance to the victim(student), the prohibition of offender(student)’ contact and threatened retaliation, the necessary measures for the protection of other victim(student), activation scheme of cooperation system with the local community.
