영문 초록

Copyright collective management system is a legal system to seek convenience of copyright holders and users to develop activation of creation and cultural art. Although the role of the centralized management system has become increasingly significant, inconvenience of legal system makes various operating problems. Copyright collective management system in Korea is a permission based system, which permits exclusive 1 copyright object to 1 group. Accordingly it is hard for copyright holders to find people to use their rights and it is also hard for users to find copyright holders to make an agreement of copyright use. The future revision and enactment should improve the appropriate way of license fee approval and allowance of multiple management groups. This study suggest the expand using of UCI (Universal Contents Identifier) in copyright management system in Korea. It would make the transparent and efficient legal permission system and integrated management system.
