국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국제개발협력사업과 관련하여 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 새마을운동의 국제화 후 진실태를 분석해 보고 정책적 과제를 도출하고자 한다. 자료 분석은 새마을운동의 세계화 사업이 본격화되기 시작한 1990년대 이후부터 새마을운동의 문화적 가치를 국제사회와 공유하고자 하였던 내용으로서 새마을운동중앙회를 비롯한 각 단체의 국제개발협력사업의 전개과정과 유형 및 내용, 주체별 현황, 지역별ㆍ국가별 현황을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과에 따른면, 향후 새마을운동의 국제화를 적극화하기 위해서는 새마을운동 국제화 시스템 구축, 새마을운동 수출 전문 인력양성, 새마을운동 국제화 행사추진, 새마을운동 해외보급 및 홍보, 새마을운동 국제화 기금 확보 및 새마을운동 국제 브랜드화 등을 추진해야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyzes the condition of the Saemaul Movement has been promoting globalization in relation to international development cooperation projects actively deployed recently reported it to derive the policy problem. Data analysis since the 1990s, the evolution and the type and content of international development cooperation projects of each organization, including the Saemaul Movement Federation, subject-specific status and region. Regional status was intended for. According to the analysis, in order to build the Saemaul Movement activation establish of the future international system, the Saemaul Movement specialized in exporting manpower, international event promotion, dissemination and promotion abroad Saemaul Movement, the Saemaul Movement securing international funds, international brand Saemaul Movement etc should be promoted.
