경산 자인단오제의 경제적 가치평가에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 경산 자인단오제의 경제적 가치를 평가하는 것이다. 이를 휘해 CVM의 DB-DC CVM을 사용하였다. 응답자를 대상으로 본 논문의 가치추정에 사용된 변수는 인지도, 방문횟수, 만족도, 인구통계학적 특성 등 총 11개이며, 이분형로지스틱모형으로 분석한 결과 만족도, 소득, 제시금액이 지불의사에 영향을 주는 변수로 나타났다. 그리고 응답자 175명 중 70명이 지불의사가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 응답자가 축제의 운영과 환경에 만족할 때 지불에 긍정적인 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 응답자 105명이 축제에 대한 만족도가 낮았으며, 이는 축제를 준비하는 기관에서 다양한 조사와 준비를 통해 방문객 만족도 제고방안을 고려할 필요성이 있다고 설명할 수 있다. 경산자인단오제의 경제적 가치는 WTP 평균값과 중앙값을 구하고 각각 최근 방문객 수 평균을 곱하여 추정하였다. 분석결과 WTP 평균값은 19,218원, WTP 중앙값은 19,948원으로 나타났으며, 이를 평균 방문객수 6만명이 지불한다고 가정한 결과 경산 자인단오제의 경제적 가치는 평균값을 기준으로 1,153,058,568원, 중앙값을 기준으로 1,196,868,691원으로 나타났다. 경산자인단오제의 공식예산이 매년 평균 5억원이라 할 때, 연간 예산대비 2배의 경제적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate economic value of Gyeongsan Jain Danno Festival. For this, we used the double-bounded dichotomous choice method of Contingent Valuation Method. Variables for estimating value are total 11 including recognition, number of visiting, satisfaction, and demographic features and according to the results of analyzing it with binominal logistic model, satisfaction, income and suggested price turned out to be variables which affect WTP. 70 respondents out of 175 wanted to be willing to pay it and particularly, they had positive answer for paying when they were satisfied. 105 respondents had low satisfaction for the festival and it is shown that the organizer who prepares the festival needs to consider visitors' satisfaction through various surveys and preparations. The economic value of Gyeongsan Jain Danna Festival was estimated by calculating the mean and medium of WTP(Willingness to Pay) and multiplying mean value and medium value of WTP by the mean of the number of recent visitors. In accordance with the results of analysing, the mean and medium of WTP is 19,218won and 19,948 won, respectively. Assuming average 60,000 visitors pay for it, the economic value of the festival is 1,153,058,568won on the basis of the mean value and is 1,196,868,691won on the basis of the medium value. If the official budget for the festival is estimated at average 500 million won every year, economic effect is expected to be doubled based on the annual budget.
