국문 초록

본 연구는 기업형 슈퍼마켓(Super Supermarket: SSM) 의 유통산업의 변화와 관련된 정책갈등과 SSM에 대한 규제제도가 형성되는 과정에 대해 Kingdon의 정책흐름모형(PSF) 과 정책옹호연합모형(ACF)을 혼합한 분석들을 이용하여 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 먼저, 어떠한 흐름들이 촉발기제로 작용하여 정책변동의 창이 열렸는지를 확인하고, 둘째, 정책변동의 창에서 찬성옹호집단과 반대옹호 집단이 어떠한 신념체계와 전략을 가지고 경쟁하였는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 결과를 통해 우리나라의 유통산업에 대한 활성화와 규제정책의 결정과정에서 나타난 정책적 개선점과 방향성을 제시하고, 경험적 자료를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This research analyzed the formation of SSM distribution industry Regulation, Conjunct with Policy Alternative Stream(PSF) and Advocacy Coalition Framework(ACF). Through this, firsty, it confirms whether any flows acted as the trigger and the window of the policy change was opened or not. Second, in the window of the policy change, we try to look into whether it competed the strategy with the belief structure in which the approval defense population and opposition defense population how is or not. Through this result was presented, The political improvement and direction shown up in the decision procedure of the activation about the distribution industry and regulation policy. The empirical data was provided.
