영문 초록

According to the trends of the population in Korea, the total population will be declined from 2018. With this problem, the purpose of this study is to create the Quality of Life (QOL) index in the Age of Population Decrease. In the process, this study made the 10 categories and 37 indexes of the QOL index through focus group interview. And this study used Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) methodology to build the QOL index and on weighting method. As a result, it appears in the order, environment(0.156), health and welfare(0.152), education(0.109), security(0.108), residence and transportation(0.103). In addition, it shows the same tendencies that are the area of the city park(0.091), the number of student per teacher(0.056), the proportion of the welfare budget in the local government(0.041) in the lower level. Therefore, this study finds as followings. It is important to the elements of environment, health & welfare etc. better than economical elements in the QOL index in the Age of Population Decrease.
