예비유아교사의 자기 인성 및 유아 인성교육에 대한 인식 비교

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 자기 인성 및 유아 인성교육에 대한 인식의 차이를 비교해 봄으로써 교원양성기관에서 인성교육 내실화를 위하여 홀리스틱 교육의 관점에 기반을 둔 교육방향 설정 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 그 결과 예비유아교사의 자기 인성 인식 정도는 하위범주인 긍정적 자아개념만 유의한 차이가 나타났을 뿐, 인식 전체와 하위범주인 인간애, 사회관계, 창의·인성에서는 교원양성기관별로 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아 인성교육에 대한 인식 정도는 유아 인성교육 관련 인식 범주 하위요인 중 중점적으로 교육되어야 할 내용, 내부 환경, 외부 환경이 교원양성기관별로 각 항목에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났을 뿐, 하위범주인 일반적인 인식 전체, 유아 인성교육 관련 범주인 목적, 내용, 교육방법, 영향을 미치는 요인, 이로운 점은 각 항목에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 홀리스틱 교육의 관점에서 앎과 실천이 조화를 이룬 예비유아교사 인성교육에 대한 구체적인 방안 마련과 더불어, 유아교사의 교직인성 전문성 향상을 위한 교사교육 방향 설정을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research compare the difference in the awareness about character of would-be early childhood teachers and character education for young children, thereby provide base line data to set up the educational directions from the Holistic educational perspective to reinforce character education on the teacher training institutes. As a result, awareness of his/her own character has differences in sub factors as positive self-concept, altruism, self-development, and leading self-realization depending on each college. Also, awareness of character education for young children has difference in sub factors, related to category of consciousness about character education for young children, as contents educated in priority, inner environments, and outer environments depending on each college, on the other hands, has no differences in sub factors as general total awareness, and in sub factors, related to character education for young children, as purpose, contents, teaching method, influencing factors, and benefits. This study is expected to be used as bass line data to establish definite character education as which knowledge and practice from the holistic educational perspective is organized for pre-service early childhood education teachers. Furthermore, this study is expected to be used as research data to set teacher training direction to improve early childhood teacher’s character from the Holistic educational perspective.
