영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the causa1 relationships among the rception of physical decline, satisfaction of neighborhαxI， place attachment, profit of redevelopment’s ex야ctation， and the resident's attitude of redeveJopment and to find polκy implications successful Newtown develoψment' s strategies. To achieve this purpose, this study reviews the existing literatures about redeveJopment, neighborhα disorder, place attachmenl, neighborhood satisfaction theories‘ and then formulates SQme study hypotheses, and finally verifies them using a structural equation model. Here is the result. As evaluation of the path structure analysis among the exα~tation of redevelopment’s profit. the resident's place attachment, and the resident's redevelopment attitude. The Re denl’ s exα:!Ctation of redevelopment is one of a sπong affecting factor. However, it is so very important factor to affect the resident redevelopment's attitude which the resident’s neighborhα satisfaction and plaι， :e attachmenl. And it isn't differen‘ output by character of Household.
