영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the new administrative capital transfer on rental housing demand in Da머on， Korea through the estimation of rental housing demand equation. the study focuses on the statistical estimation issues encountfπed in calibrating rental housing demand: selectivity bias, estimation of hedo띠c prices, and application of the permanent income hypothesis. The results show a tenant has a higher marginal probability of being a tenant household than of being a home애ner and less demand for housing services after the announcement of the new administrative capital transfer.
