영문 초록

The Real Estate Finance systems like ABS(Aasset Backed serities) and MBS(Mogage Backeq Securities} and REITs(Real Estate Investment Trusts} are introducí into Korea nowadays. It is exted that there will be radical change in investment pattem and market behavior. The various market information of rl estate is requested to make real estate investment decision. The real estate investment environment in which the market information data is stiU in an early stage and the system of research and analysis is not established efficientIy should be overcome for . the improved re estate decision. The detailed and trustworthy market information should be provided for the attraction of public investors and the protection of individual investors, which is veη critical from investors' perspective. Therefore, this paper is to make a comparative analysis about the present conditions and systems of real estate market information between foreign countries and Korea, and provide a desirable direction for the establishment of the real estate market information which is requisite for the new trends of rl estate market in Korea.
