다문화 가정 자녀 입대에 따른 군(軍)내 한국어 교육 방안

국문 초록

국경이라는 경계는 모호해진 요즘 우리나라 역시 예외는 아니다. 최근 외국인 이주, 국제결혼 등의 확대로 다문화 가정은 우리사회에서 상당한 인적 구성비를 차지하고 있다. 국방부도 다문화 가정의 장병 군입대 관련 다양한 대비책을 내놓고 있다. 그러나 국방부의 이러한 정책은 다문화 장병을 보호관심 장병으로 분류, 관리하는 방법론적인 방법만 제시하고 있다. 다문화 가정 자녀들은 언어발달 지체 현상과 한국문화에 대한 적응도가 낮은 것으로 나타난다. 군 조직은 수직적인 관계를 유지하는 특수한 조직이다. 다문화 가정 자녀가 군에서 적응이 어려운 문제는 언어발달 지체에 따른 의사소통의 부재가 크다. 다문화 가정 자녀가 군이라는 특수한 조직에서 차별 없는 군 생활이 이루어지기 위해서는 한국어를 학습 할 수 있어야 한다. 한국어 학습을 위한, 교육장소 제공, 군 특성에 맞는 한국어 교재 개발, 전문 강사를 초빙한 동아리 활동, 대학과의 MOU 체결 및 기초군사교육 훈련 기간에 한국어를 학습할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

영문 초록

These days, blurring the boundaries of the border country is not an exception. On a recent migrant, the expansion of international marriages, multiculturalism is a sizable the human composition in our society. Defense Ministry also face up to various related to multicultural soldiers to join the military. But the Defense Ministry soldiers this multicultural policies of the protective interest classified as soldiers, only methodological way to manage. Children from multicultural families are language development lag and appear to adapt rating is lower than in Korean culture. Military organization is vertical relationship and a special organization. Military adaptation is a difficult problem pursuant to the speech and language retardation in children from multicultural families the lack of communication are big. Military have a special discrimination, in the organization as children from multicultural families and soldiers on an equal footing instead of military life has been done for Korean language education place - that the measures can speak Korean, military expert guest speakers, teaching materials suitable for the characteristics of the Korean club activities and mou with tightening and basic military training college. Must make them able to acquire Korean language in the training session.
