국문 초록
육지무는 골판지박스를 단순다단 적재해 5톤 차량으로 출하되고, 아직까지 차상경매 되는 전근대적인 방식으로 유통되고 있다. 따라서 “무의 물류효율화를 위해 파렛트출하⋅하차경매방식으로 전환함에 따른 유통실태분석과 새로운 방식(사업)의 경제성 분석”이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 우선, 출하지인 서산부터 가락시장까지 출하유형별 물류비용 분석을 토대로 파렛트출하⋅하차 경매에 대한 비용⋅편익의 추정과 총비용⋅총편익의 산정을 통한 경제성을 분석하였다. 파렛트출하⋅하차경매사업의 경제적 타당성(B/C ratio)분석 결과가 1.87로 산정되어 경제성이 있음이 판명되었다. 다음으로 본 사업 추진에 따른 각 유통주체들의 사회적 기대효과와 과제에 대해서도 고찰하였다. 연구의 방법은 산지 현장조사를 토대로 출하물류비를 산정하였으며, 무 유통관련 문헌 조사와 통계를 수집하여 이를 토대로 비용⋅편익의 추정과 총비용 및 총편익의 산정을 통해 B/C ratio를 Microsoft Excel 2010을 이용해 산출한 결과 1.87로 경제성이 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 지금까지 배추⋅무 등 제반 채소류 중심의 유통개선에 대한 연구에서 탈피하여 가락시장과 정부 및 유통주체들에게 보다 세분화된 품목 중심의 무 물류효율화 방안을 제시였다는데, 그 의의가 있다고 사료된다. 본 연구는 향후 여타 무를 비롯한 기타 채소류(양배추⋅양파⋅대파 등) 물류효율화를 위한 파렛트출하⋅하 차경매사업의 추진 시 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
영문 초록
In Korea, a distribution channel of radish is relatively inefficient and outdated. To be specific, radish are packed in a cardboard box, loaded into a 5 tons truck in the manner of simple multi-stage, and shipped to Garak Wholesale Market. In order to raise logistics efficiency, we need to conduct a depth study of economic feasibility analysis of pallet-using distribution strategy and unloaded truck auction projects. The study shows that by promoting pallet-using strategy and unloaded truck auction projects, distribution costs would decrease, as well as logistics efficiency would increase. The best way to influent this idea is to apply those to the land radish market first, because the market is using up-to-date packing technique. According to 1.87, analysis of radish B/C ration provides the fact that pallet-using distribution method is economically efficient. The first purposes of this study is to calculate estimated cost-benefit ratio of the method. Secondly, it is also discussed that expected effects and challenges by introducing the new distribution method. The study is implemented based on the methodology calculating shipment expenses from the basis of investigation of a production center for radish.
