청주시 화재 위험도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 화재발생에 따른 도시 내 인명의 손실 및 재산의 손해를 저감시키고자 하는 목적으로 출발하였다. 청주시는 2014년 7월 통합 청주시로 개편됨에 따라 종합된 화재위험지도 구축을 필요로 한다. 연구의 결과, 도시 내 화재발생은 특정 공간에 포도송이 형태의일정한 군집적 패턴을 보여주고 있으며, 행정동별 공간의 물리적 특성인 인구, 가구, 건축물, 사업체 등이 화재발생에 강력한 상관관계가 있음이 나타났다. 포아송분포를 이용한 화재발생확률과 리스크매트릭스을 활용한 화재위험지도를 구축한 결과 화재발생확률은 원도심으로 집중되어 나타났으며, 화재위험지도의 높은 등급인 인명피해와 재산피해는 부도심과 도시외곽 지역에 선형(띠) 형태로 연결된 모습을 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to reduce casualties and property damage within the city that are related to fire. As Cheongju City was reborn as the integrated Cheongju City in July 2014, there was the need to create a comprehensive fire hazard map. The results of the study revealed that the outbreak of fire within the city makes a cluster pattern shaped like a bunch of grapes, and the physical properties of space for each administrative district, such as population, household, buildings, and companies, have a strong correlation with the out-break of fire. The results of calculating fire probability by using a Poisson distribution and creating fire hazard prediction maps by uti-lizing risk matrix have shown that the probability of the outbreak of fire was very high in the downtown, making a circular shape, while the probability of causalities and property damage was high in the sub-center and outskirts of the city, making a belt shape.
