산림여가시설 이용특성과 이용만족도가 노인의 건강에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

산림은 인간의 심리적, 정신적 그리고 육체적 건강에 많은 영향을 준다고 알려져 왔으며 최근에는 이러한 산림의 기능을 이용하여 많은 산림여가 프로그램이 개발 운영되고 있다. 숲, 공원, 휴양림 등 산림 내에서의 야영이나 산림 속에 있다는 것 자체로도 몸과 마음이 정화된다. 자연환경 중에서 이용도가 높은 산책로는 이용객이 산림에서 자연체험의 다양한 여가활동 과정을 통해 휴양활동의 시간을 보내고 있으며, 이러한 산림의 휴양 및 여가기능을 이용한 자연환경 교육을 통해 자연은 인간으로부터 보호를 받을 수 있고, 인간은 자연을 느끼면서 육체적 건강은 물론 정서적 사회적 안정을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 여가활동 중에서 도시숲, 공원, 휴양림, 산책로 등의 산림여가시설을 이용하는 노인을 대상으로 이용특성과 이용에 따른 만족도가 노인들의 신체적 정신적 사회적 건강에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구의 필요성에 따라 최근 1년간 산림여가 및 휴양시설 이용노인을 대상으로 개인적 특성 및 이용특성 요인을 조사, 분석함으로써 여가활동으로써 이용만족도와 노인건강 능력을 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 자료 확보, 산림여가활동 프로그램, 이용서비스 확대 등을 통해 궁극적으로는 노인 뿐만 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 주고자 한다.

영문 초록

Forests, human psychological, is said to mental and physical health in a large impact, more recently, by using the function of these forests, many forest leisure program has been developed and operated . Forest, park, also in itself that is in the camp and for-est in the forest, such as recreation forest, mind and body is purified. Throughout the course of the various leisure activities of natural experience passengers use a high de-gree of trails in the forest in the natural environment, has spent time in recreational ac-tivities, natural environment education using the recreation and leisure function of these forests Through natural it can be protected from the human, humans while feeling the natural bodily health as well, may be obtained emotional, and social stability. In this study, the city of forest in a variety of leisure activities, parks, recreation for-est, to target the elderly who use the forest leisure facilities, such as a promenade, phys-ical of elderly satisfaction associated with the use and utilization characteristics, mental, depending on the needs of the research on the impact on social health, to target the el-derly use of recent one-year forest leisure and recreational facilities, investigate the per-sonal characteristics and utilization characteristics factors, and analysis that Accordingly, securing of the material which can provide help to improve health capacity utilization satisfaction and elderly as leisure activities, forest leisure activity program, via a expan-sion of usage services, and finally, only elderly , I want to have helped to improve the quality of people's lives.
