국문 초록

본 연구는 인생주기 가운데 노년기 경제적 배제에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 사회적 배제는 사회 각 부문에서 일어난다고 볼 수 있는데, 인생주기 측면에서 볼 때, 특히 노년기에는 경제적 측면에서의 배제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 노년기 경제적 배제로는, 첫째, 소득영역에서의 배제이다. 이는 노동시장에서의 경쟁력 상실, 정년퇴직이라는 인위적이고 사회적인 제도, 노년기 이전의 불충분한 소득으로 인한 노년기 때의 경제적인 준비 부족 등 사회의 여러 가지 제약이나 여건들에 의해서 빈곤에 빠지는 경우가 많아졌다. 둘째, 노동시장에서의 배제이다. 노동시장에서는 노년기의 생산성 약화라는 고정관념이 팽배해 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 따라서 노인 인력활용을 등한시하거나 이를 기피하는 풍조가 만연해 있다. 셋째, 주거영역에서의 배제이다. 노년기에 주거문제와 주거보장에 대한 관심 부족과 함께 노년기의 경제 및 건강 수준의 약화, 가족의 동거부양기능 약화, 그리고 높은 주택가격 등으로 노인들은 심각한 주거문제를 경험하고 있다. 결론적으로 노년기에는 경제적 측면에 있어서, 즉 소득영역, 노동시장, 주거영역 등에서 심각한 사회적 배제에 처해 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위한 정책적 배려가 뒤따라야 한다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate the economic exclusion of the old age in the life cycle. The social exclusion can be viewed and society takes place in each category, when viewed from life cycle side, especially in the economic exclusion of the elderly has been a serious social problem. In the economic exclusion of the old age, firstly, it is the exclusion from income areas. This is the case fall into poverty due to various constraints or conditions of eco-nomic by ready lack of social competitiveness loss, retirement of artificial and social systems in the labor markets and the old age Previous insufficient income. Secondly, it is the exclusion from the labor market. The labor market will weaken this year's produc-tion of stereotypes that have prevailed also true. Thus neglecting the elderly workforce or the prevailing trend to avoid them. Third, the exclusion of a residential sector. Year on year and the housing problems of the economy along with the lack of interest in the residential and ensuring healthy levels of fatigue, family dependents living with func-tional weakness, and high housing prices, such as the elderly are experiencing a serious housing problems. In conclusion, economic terms of the old age, a serious situation of the social ex-clusion that is in danger zones on income sector, labor market and residential sector. Therefore, we must to solve the consideration of policy it should be followed.
