국문 초록

본 연구는 외국어고 학생의 상담 · 심리치료 장면에서 우울에 대한 개입 시 치료와 예방을 위한 기초자료와 정보를 제공하여 학업스트레스에 대한 적절한 대처프로그램 개발을 돕는데 있다. 이를 위해서 경기도 B지역 공립 외국어고등학교 학생들 대상으로 수거된 589명의 질문지를 사용하였고 연구 대상을 여학생, 남학생, 학년별 집단으로 나누었으며 T검증, 일원변량 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 성별에 대한 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았고 시험에 대한 스트레스가 우울과 가장 높은 상관을 보여주었다. 학업적 자기효능감에서는 3학년이 가장 높게 나타났으며 우울척도에서는 1학년이 가장 높은 점수를 2학년이 가장 낮은 점수를 보여주었다. 또한 학업스트레스 중 성적, 공부, 진로 요인이 높을수록 우울척도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 학업스트레스는 높고 학업적 자기효능감이 낮아질수록 우울척도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 외국어고 학생들의 심리적 측면에 대한 이해를 통해 이들에게 적합한 치료적 접근을 연구하는데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 특목고 학생들이 겪는 심리적 상황에 대해 밝힘으로써 특목고에 진학 하려는 학생들의 진로선택에 있어 하나의 기준점을 제공한데서 또 하나의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to help develop the proper program for the academic stress solution by providing the preliminary data and information for treatment and prevention when depression intervention for a psychical cure of foreign language high school students. We filled in questionnaires and handed out them to 589 students of foreign language high school. And divided the 589 students into groups by genders or grades, and used T-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multicenter retrospecive analysis. It showed that it is nothing to do with the genders and there is strong correlation between stress and depression. The 3rd grade-students at academic self-efficacy and the 1st grade-students at depression level got the highest scores, 2nd grade-students at got the lowest scores. And it also showed that the bigger the factor that grades of exam, studying or career is, the higher despression level is. Therefore it means that the higher academic stress level and the lower academic self-efficacy are, the higher depression level is. The result of this study could help find out the optimal therapeutic approach for the foreign language high school students by understanding psychological aspect of theirs. And it also helps present a standard of career choice for students aiming to enter special-purpose high schools by disclosing their psychological state.
